Holiday Fruit Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cherries
    1/2 c. citron
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. brandy
    4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift and measure flour; add spices and soda.
    Sift 2 or 3 times to mix well.
    Save some flour to put over fruits and nuts before adding to mixture.
    Cream butter; add sugar and cream well. Add beaten eggs and flour alternately with milk and brandy. Last, fold in fruit and nut mixture.
    Stir well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
