White Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped mixed candied fruits
    2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. apple juice
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 3/4 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Combine candied fruits, coconut, raisins, almonds and orange rind in a large bowl.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt over fruit.
    Mix well.
    Cream margarine with sugar in medium bowl.
    Beat in eggs; stir in apple and orange juice.
    Pour over fruit mixture; fold and mix thoroughly.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Cool completely in pan.
    On serving day, put on an Orange Glaze.
    Makes an 8-inch round cake.
