Cool 'N Easy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. watermelon Jell-O (4 oz. or any flavor)
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    1 prepared crust (cookie or graham cracker)
    additional whipped topping (for garnish)
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into Jell-O in bowl for 2 minutes or until dissolved.
    Mix water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Stir into Jell-O until slightly thickened.
    Remove any remaining ice.
    Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
    Spoon into crust.
    Refrigerate 4 hours until firm.
    Garnish with additional whipped topping.
    Makes 8 servings.
