Tipton'S Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef
    2 large onions, sliced
    5 to 6 whole cloves
    lemon pepper seasoning to taste
    1/2 c. garlic flavored red wine vinegar
    1 c. water
    2/3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (18 oz.) bottle Kraft Smoked Barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Put half of sliced onions in the bottom of crock-pot.
    Add beef, cloves, lemon pepper, remaining onions, vinegar and water. Cook on low for 12 hours; stir occasionally.
    Remove most of liquid.
    Add brown sugar and barbecue sauce.
    Cook for 6 hours stirring occasionally.
    Remove cloves as you find them and as much fat as possible.
    Note:
    Great over rice or on a bun.
