Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichokes
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise (light okay)
    1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2/3 c. half and half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain and chop artichokes.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Spread in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and top is golden.
    Serve with wheat crackers and pumpernickel bread mini-loaf.
