Frost On The Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs in large mixing bowl.
    Combine dry ingredients; mix with oil mixture.
    Stir in pumpkin; beat well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or one 13 x 9-inch sheet pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (layer) or 40 to 50 minutes (sheet pan).
    Cool.
