Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 large or 2 small onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
8 oz. cooked spaghetti
Romano cheese
Preparation

Saute the onions in butter until tender. Combine onions, sour cream, chicken soup and cooking sherry. Add spaghetti.
Stir in diced turkey.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle top with Romano cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
