Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. Town House crackers
1 stick butter
half and half (if you have any on hand, if not, milk will do!)
Preparation

Place scallops in dish.
Mix crackers and crumbs together; place over scallops.
Melt butter and add.
Drizzle half and half over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
