Asparagus Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cleaned asparagus
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 pkg. Good Seasons
Preparation
    Cut asparagus into
    pieces
    and cook until barely done. Drain and put in iced water.
    Mix sugar and vinegar; add water and salt to taste. Add Good Seasons.
    Refrigerate overnight.
