Flowerpot Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. cream-filled chocolate cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (3.4 oz. each) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

In our family, a dish is named after the person who first introduces it to the family.
This one has been a favorite for years.
It will keep well in the refrigerator for a week if the kids aren't home.
