Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. precooked rice
1/2 envelope dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. boned chicken breasts, or parts that you prefer
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sherry
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
melted butter
salt and pepper
paprika
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine all ingredients except chicken, butter and seasoning.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
Brush chicken with melted butter, salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover last 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5. Recipe may be doubled for 9 x 13-inch size dish.
