Baked Bourbon-Glazed Ham - cooking recipe

12 to 14 lb. smoked precooked processed ham
3/4 c. bourbon whiskey
2 c. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. whole cloves
2 peeled and sectioned navel oranges
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place the ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan large enough to hold the ham comfortably. Bake in the middle of the oven without basting for 2 hours or until the meat can be easily pierced with a fork or reaches a temperature of 130\u00b0 to 140\u00b0.
