Blackberry Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. oil
    1 egg
    4 c. blackberries
    3 medium peaches, sliced thin
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Beat together liquids.
    In a medium bowl add dry ingredients.
    Pour in liquid mixture; stir just until moist.
    Pour into greased 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with spoonfuls of batter.
    Topping will expand and spread while baking. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Top with favorite cold topping if desired.
    Serves 8 to 10.
