Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash, washed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds.
    Place in 2 clear glass baking dishes with 2 tablespoons water on the bottom of each. Microwave on High with the top covered with plastic wrap for 5 minutes.
    Turn squash in microwave after 2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and add butter and brown sugar to the cavity.
    Divide equally between the two halves.
    Cook in microwave covered for 1 to 3 more minutes, testing for doneness.
