Oreo Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
4 extra large eggs
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Crush 24 cookies and blend with butter.
Press onto bottom only of a 10 inch spring form pan.\tFreeze until ready to use. Heat oven to 425\u00b0.\tBeat cream cheese on low speed of mixer until mixture is smooth.\tBeat in sugar and the flour.
Beat in eggs with yolks.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in whipping cream and vanilla.
Spoon 1/3 of the batter into already prepared pan.
Crumble 12 remaining cookies over top. Then spoon remaining batter over the cookies.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 225\u00b0, and bake 50 minutes more.
