Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 pt. milk
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. brandy
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat yolks and sugar together.
    Add milk and brandy.
    Blend well.
    Beat heavy cream until slightly stiff.
    Add cream and egg whites to brandy mixture.
    Store in closed container.
    Shake well before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Yields 1/2 gallon.
