Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef or round steak
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cube meat.
    Brown in Dutch oven.
    Add balance of ingredients. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
