Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    1/4 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large chopped onion
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    3/4 c. red wine
Preparation
    Add water to beef consomme to make 2 cups.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Cut round steak into strips (2 1/2 x 3/4-inch).
    Add 4 tablespoons flour to sour cream.
    Cook in crock-pot 3 to 4 hours on high or 8 to 12 hours on low.
    Serve over egg noodles or rice.
    Serves 6.
