Rice And Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 pork chops
1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
1 pkg. Lipton onion mix
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. water
Preparation

I use large iron frying pan greased with butter or margarine. Wash and drain rice.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle soup mix over rice. Place pork chops on top of this mixture.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over pork chops and add water.
Bake on 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
