Heavenly Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 Vidalia onion, sliced
    1 grated carrot
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 Tbsp. mild mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop cabbage in squares.
    Heat bacon grease on low heat.
    Add onion.
    Heat until translucent.
    Add cabbage, mustard, onion and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Add water and grated carrot.
    Cook in a large pot until cabbage is tender, approximately medium-high for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
