Pasta House Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained or 1 pkg. cooked, frozen artichoke hearts (not marinated)
    1 c. sliced red onion
    1 jar diced pimento, drained
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Wash and drain lettuce.
    Break into small pieces.
    Chill.
    Add artichoke hearts, red onion and pimento . Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Add to lettuce just before serving.
    Toss until mixed completely.
