Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cut
shortening
into
flour;
add rest of ingredients. Stir just
long enough to mix.
Put in greased 9-inch round or square pan.
Top
with
small
pieces of butter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12
to 15 minutes.
Serve warm in bowl topped with strawberries and milk.
