Turn Over Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 pkg.yeast
    1 egg
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    4 oz. cream cheese
    5 oz. frozen chopped and drained spinach (1/2 of 10 oz. pkg.)
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 garlic
Preparation
    Mix well first four ingredients, let set overnight.
    Drain spinach, heat garlic in oil until brown.
    Put spinach and 4 slices of cheese, salt and pepper.
    Cook.
    Roll out dough, cut in squares, 4 x 4-inches.
    Fill each square with 2 teaspoon spinach filling.
    Fold.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
