Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/2 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. milk or half and half
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) spaghetti noodles
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken with 1/2 onion, salt and pepper and bouillon cubes until done.
    Remove meat from bone and save 3 cups broth.
