Cheese Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 c. low fat buttermilk
    1 c. fat free cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients for dough and mix.
    Combine buttermilk with slightly beaten egg white and mix. Add buttermilk and egg mixture to flour and stir.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Drop by large spoonful onto baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. If the top of the biscuits do not brown, place under broiler for a few seconds to brown the tops.
    Yield: 8-10 servings depending on the size of each biscuit.
