Hot Virginia Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    2 tsp. butter
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. milk
    5 oz. jar dried beef, minced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    4 tsp. minced ???
Preparation
    Saute pecans in butter. Reserve.
    Mix other ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
    Put in deep-dish pie plate and top with pecans.
    Chill until just before serving time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with Wheat Thins, Triscuits or bread sticks.
