Debbie'S Zucchini Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini with peel
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3/4 to 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cut squash open.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Place squash skin-side down in pan with one inch of water.
    Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of butter in each half.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until soft at 350\u00b0.
    To serve, add warm maple syrup to taste.
