Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    12 oz. frozen broccoli
    12 oz. frozen cauliflower
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut broccoli and cauliflower if too big.
    In a large pan, combine water, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and celery.
    Cover and boil for 30 minutes.
    Add canned soup and cheese.
    Simmer over low heat until cheese melts.
    Add milk and heat through. Recipe is easy to cut in half.
