Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Pet Ritz Deep Dish Pie Shells
    1 1/2 cups Carnation Milk
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 bag grated coconut
    2 tbsp vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Cream sugar, vanilla, and butter.
    Stir in milk.
    Beat about 15 minutes.
    Spread coconut in bottoms of pie shells.
    Pour in liquid mixture. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
