German Farmers Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 small green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. onion, diced
    3 cooked potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large
    skillet, saute bacon until crisp.
    Remove and drain. Crumble.
    Drain
    off
    all but 3 tablespoons drippings. Add green pepper,
    onion,
    potatoes,\tsalt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, over medium heat until golden.
    Sprinkle cheese over mixture and stir until
    melted.
    Pour
    eggs and cook over low heat until set. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
