Smothered Steak Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thinly sliced steak
    2 c. packaged herb seasoned stuffing
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 ca mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pound steak with meat hammer.
    Place 1/3 cup stuffing near center of each steak slice, roll and fasten with skewers.
    Brown in butter.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until tender.
    Spoon sauce over meat during cooking.
