Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
