Mine Momma'S Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork steak, cubed
    1 onion, diced
    garlic powder or salt to taste
    1 to 2 cans diced green chilies (either mild, medium or hot; your own preference)
    flour, salt and pepper (for pork)
    1 can tomatoes, cut up in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. cumin (for flavor)
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation
    Fry cubed pork steak until browned and almost cooked.
    Stir in tomatoes, seasonings and chilies.
    Add water (1, 2 or more cups) to make the green chili a saucelike consistency.
    Cook until meat is done and tender.
    Serve with cooked pinto beans, fried bread or tortillas.
    Great.
