Chicken Bog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. rice
    2 c. broth
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 smoked sausage
    1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and bone chicken.
    Melt oleo and saute onion, celery and pepper.
    Add broth and heat to boiling; add rice.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook until rice is tender.
