Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 stick soft butter or margarine
    1 stick soft butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Separately cook until dry 2 packages chopped broccoli (use little water). Add to other ingredients and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with crumbled Cheddar cheese crackers. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
