Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut in round pieces (about 5 c.)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced in strips
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar (apple cider)
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    carrots,\tdrain
    and cool.
    Cut onion and pepper. Set aside.
    With
    mixer,
    mix remaining ingredients together. Layer in casserole\tdish the carrots, onion and pepper.
    Pour tomato mixture
    over
    layered
    carrots and let set at least 12 hours before serving.
