Horseradish Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (5 oz.) jar prepared horseradish
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 1 minute.
    Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
    Add unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved. Add sour cream, horseradish and mayonnaise, stirring until blended.
    Pour mixture into lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Unmold on purple kale.
    Spread with beef on ham biscuits.
