Fudge Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. water
    12 marshmallows, quartered
    1 devil's food cake mix
    1 c. nut meats
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, mix 1 cup brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in 2 cups water.
    Add 12 marshmallows, quartered.
    Spoon over this a box of devil's food cake mix, which has been made according to directions on box.
    Top with 1 cup nut meats.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Use with whipped cream or ice cream.
