Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pineapple (reserve juice)
    2 oz. all-purpose flour
    2 oz. sugar
    2 oz. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, separated
    20 fluid oz. milk
Preparation
    Bring 2/3 of the milk to a boil.
    Mix the flour into a smooth paste with the remainder of the milk; mix in hot water.
    Add sugar, butter and beaten egg yolks.
    Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and pour in reserved pineapple juice.
