Smothered Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    salt
    pepper
    celery seed
    mustard
    flour
    2 cans chunky chicken soup
    2 c. bow tie noodles
Preparation
    Rinse pork chops, then season with salt, pepper and celery seed. Lightly coat both sides of chops with mustard, then flour both sides. Pour both cans of soup into a pot, along with 2 cans of water. Allow to come to a boil. Brown chops in a skillet, then place chops into pot with the soup. Allow chops to simmer in the soup for an hour or until tender. Add noodles to soup/chops mixture after first 15 minutes of simmering is completed. Serve over rice.
