Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, uncooked
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. diced celery
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange all ingredients, except soup and water, in layers in large greased casserole dish in order given.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Mix soup and water and pour over layers. Cover and bake 1 hour and 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
