Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small jar baby food carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 apple, peeled and diced
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in carrots, raisins, coconut, nuts and apple.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir into flour mixture until batter is just combined.
Spoon into well-greased muffin tins, filling to the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 to 14 large muffins.
