Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

20 graham crackers
1/4 c. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to bake at 375\u00b0.
Crush graham crackers and add butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Pat crust into a 9-inch pan or you can use prepared graham cracker crust.
Beat eggs at high speed; gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar.
Add softened cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, blending in at low speed.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
