Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lg. zucchini, diced
1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
8 oz. pizza sauce
Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Preparation

Brown ground meat in skillet and drain. Add diced zucchini. Cover with pizza sauce and simmer until zucchini is cooked. Slice cheese and place on top of zucchini mixture. Turn off heat. Serve when cheese is melted.
