Amazing Carrot Cake(3 Layer Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
4 c. raw carrots, grated
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. golden raisins
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together, set aside.
In large bowl beat eggs until foamy.
Slowly beat in oil. Add flour mixture slowly, beating until smooth.
Mix in carrots and nuts.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
Test for doneness.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes be fore removing from pans (do this).
Then cool completely on racks.
