Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add milk and mix.
    Add raisins.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Mix together 1 cup sugar and 2 cups boiling water.
    Pour over cake mixture and bake 3 or 4 minutes in moderate oven.
