Cinnamon Flop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening or oleo
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle top generously with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
