Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. pkg. Raisin Bran or 40% Bran Flakes
    3 c. sugar (or substitute honey)
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Stir just enough to moisten well.
    Store in covered jars in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Bake when desired for 18 to 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
