Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In large bowl, put flour and cut in shortening and sugar.
    Add yeast, buttermilk and soda.
    Mix well.
    Cover bowl tightly and put in refrigerator for 2 hours before using.
    Take out as much as is needed and roll on floured board or waxed paper and cut into biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or maybe a little more.
    Dough will keep for several days in refrigerator.
