Reuben Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Russian dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onions and seasonings.
    Blend well.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, shape mixture into a 6 x 14-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with sauerkraut and grated cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around all edges.
    Starting with narrow end, carefully roll the mixture, jelly-roll fashion, using waxed paper as a guide.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
